These terms govern the conditions of use of the Site and its services, and constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the “User”) and the Management.
The very act of browsing the Site, registering to it, or using any of its services constitutes full and unconditional consent to all the terms of these terms of service and to the privacy policy, which forms an integral part thereof. If you do not agree to any of the terms of service - you are asked to refrain from using the Site.
These terms are drafted in the masculine form for convenience only and are addressed to all genders alike. Section headings are for convenience only and shall not be used to interpret these terms.
The Site is an online listings board that aggregates advertisements for vacation apartments, cabins (tzimmerim), villas, hospitality complexes and similar properties, enabling advertisers to present their properties and interested parties to contact them directly.
The Site serves as an advertising platform only and is not a party, directly or indirectly, to any transaction, booking, payment or engagement between an advertiser and an interested party. The Management is not a broker, is not a travel agency and is not the owner of the advertised properties. Any reliance on an advertisement, inquiry into its details, making a booking and paying for it are the sole responsibility of the parties to the transaction, and every interested party is advised to check the property, the identity of the advertiser and the terms of the transaction before engaging and paying.
The Management does not undertake that the Site will be available at all times, and is entitled to change, suspend or discontinue the operation of the Site or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion.
Use of the advertising services on the Site is permitted to persons aged 18 and over with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering to the Site you declare that you meet these conditions, and that the details you have provided are true, accurate and up to date.
Publishing advertisements requires opening a personal account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for any action carried out through it. The Management must be notified without delay of any concern regarding misuse of the account. The Management shall not bear responsibility for damage caused as a result of failure to maintain the confidentiality of the account details.
The Management is entitled to refuse to open an account, or to suspend or close an existing account, among other things in the case of a breach of these terms, provision of false details, harm to other users or misuse of the service - at its reasonable discretion and in accordance with the provisions of any law.
The advertiser is solely and fully responsible for the content of the advertisement, including the accuracy of the details, the prices, the images, the availability of the property, and their lawful right to advertise the property and to rent it out. The advertiser undertakes that the advertisement and its contents do not infringe any law or any right of a third party, including copyright, trademarks and privacy.
Every advertisement is subject to prior review and approval by the Site’s team. The Management is entitled, at its sole discretion and without any obligation to give reasons, to approve, reject, make technical adjustments, suspend or remove any advertisement, at any time, including after it has been published - among other things due to a breach of the terms, user complaints or a concern of misrepresentation. Approval of an advertisement does not constitute a recommendation, verification or warranty by the Management as to its content.
An approved advertisement is displayed on the Site for a limited, renewable period, in accordance with the policy displayed on the Site. The contact details provided by the advertiser in the advertisement (such as name and telephone) will be displayed publicly for the purpose of direct contact with interested parties, and this with the advertiser’s explicit consent.
By uploading content to the Site (text, images and any other material) you grant the Management a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for the purpose of operating the Site, displaying it, and promoting and marketing it (including on social networks and in search results), as long as the advertisement exists in the system and for archiving and backup purposes thereafter.

A breach of this section may result in the removal of content, suspension of the account or its permanent blocking, as well as the taking of legal proceedings - without derogating from any other remedy available to the Management under the law.
Publishing advertisements on the Site involves a recurring monthly paid subscription. The full and up-to-date prices - including a promotional price for the first period, if any - are displayed on the Site on the sign-up page and at the time of payment, and they are the binding prices at the time of the transaction. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
The subscription renews automatically each month, and the payment method you provided will be charged at the time of renewal, until the subscription is cancelled by you. A reminder and the transaction details are provided upon sign-up in accordance with the law. The Management is entitled to update the prices from time to time; a price update for existing subscribers will take effect only from the next billing cycle following prior notice.
Active subscribers are entitled to a monthly quota of bumps (advertisement promotion) at no additional charge, as detailed on the Site. Additional bumps beyond the quota involve a one-time payment at the price displayed at the time of purchase. A bump promotes the advertisement for a fixed period detailed on the Site, and is not transferable or convertible into money.
Payment processing is carried out through a secure and licensed external payment processor. Full credit card details are not stored on the Site’s servers. A failure to charge the subscription (including a declined card) will result in the freezing of the publication of the advertisements until the payment is settled.
Cancellation of a transaction shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the regulations thereunder. The subscription may be cancelled at any time and online through the personal account area on the Site, or by contacting the Management through one of the means of contact detailed in these terms.
The Site allows users to publish reviews and ratings of properties. A review must reflect a genuine and personal impression, and must not include offensive, false or commercial content. Reviews are subject to moderation, and the Management is entitled to reject or remove a review at its discretion. Responsibility for the content of a review lies with its author alone, and the Management is not responsible for the content of reviews or for reliance on them.
All intellectual property rights in the Site - including the design, the logo, the name of the Site, the source code, the structure of the information and the content created by the Management - belong to the Management alone. The content of the Site may not be copied, duplicated, distributed, published or used commercially in any way without the prior written consent of the Management. Copyright in the content uploaded by advertisers remains with them, subject to the license granted to the Management as detailed in Section 5.
The handling of personal information on the Site is governed by the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and is available on the Privacy Policy page.
The Site and its services are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without any representation or undertaking, express or implied, including with respect to fitness for a particular purpose, availability, reliability or absence of malfunctions.
Without derogating from the foregoing, and subject to any law that cannot be conditioned:
You undertake to indemnify the Management, its employees and anyone on its behalf for any damage, loss, payment or expense (including attorneys’ fees) caused to them as a result of your breach of these terms, breach of any law or infringement of the rights of a third party through content you published or use you made of the Site - and this immediately upon the Management’s first demand.
The Management is entitled to update these terms from time to time. The updated version of the terms will be published on this page, stating the date of the update, and a material change will be brought to the attention of registered users by reasonable means (such as a notice on the Site or by email) a reasonable time in advance. Continued use of the Site after the change takes effect constitutes consent to the updated version.
The Management is entitled to send you operational notices relating to your account and your advertisements (such as advertisement approval, billing reminders and system notices). Advertising materials will be sent only with your consent, in accordance with Section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982, and you may remove yourself from the mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting the Management.
These terms and the use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel only. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the terms or to the Site is vested in the competent courts in Israel.
No conduct of the Management or failure to enforce any of its rights shall constitute a waiver thereof. Should any provision of the terms be found void or unenforceable - this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The Management is entitled to assign its rights and obligations under these terms to a third party, provided that the rights of users are not harmed; the User may not assign their rights without the prior written consent of the Management.
